Set up in 2009 as EventServ, and later becoming Actavo Events, our senior team is comprised of highly experienced events professionals, many with over 30 years’ expertise designing, delivering and managing complex high-profile events for multiple sectors. We provide an extensive range of event infrastructure, including stage hire, grandstand seating hire, event scaffolding structures, fencing, crowd control barriers, drape hire and rigging hire. We work across a range of sectors including festivals, music, culture, sports, government and local authorities, brand activation, exhibitions and conferences, with no event too big or too small.

We provide a turnkey service from initial concept, in-house design and engineering, scheduling, in-house health and safety support, on-site install, standby, derig and post event follow up. All events receive a dedicated project manager and are delivered by a fully trained and experienced on-site team.
